If something isn't right, let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we've confirmed your return, the item must reach us within 28 days of the original delivery date, unused and in its original condition and packaging. We'll refund you, minus a £5.24 restocking fee per item, within 10 working days of receiving it.

If you need a different size, simply reorder the alternative from our website. You're also welcome to order two sizes and return the one that doesn't fit.

A £5.24 restocking fee applies per item. This covers packaging, dispatch handling, and allows us to continue offering free delivery and competitive pricing. It applies to items bought with a discount code or multi-buy offer too.

Items bought from our SALE page (clearance stock), personalised items and Seconds can't be returned. Faulty or incorrect items get a full refund with no restocking fee.

All return carriage costs are paid by the customer, unless goods are faulty or have been sent in error.
