Children's 3 layer bee suit

This children's 3 layer ventilated bee suit gives young beekeepers the same triple-mesh design as our adult 3 layer suits, in children's sizes XS to XL. It has a zip-off fencing veil, YKK zips with a Velcro cover flap, elasticated cuffs, waist and ankles, and thumb and foot loops so the suit stays put while they move about.

Features

• Triple-layer ventilated mesh from collar to ankle for a cooler, more breathable suit
• Zip-on, zip-off fencing veil – take it off to wash the suit or to work without the hood
• Strong YKK zips, plus a Velcro overlap flap where the veil zips join
• Elastic at the cuffs, waist and ankles, plus thumb and foot loops to hold the suit in place
• Extra-thick reinforced collar with a Velcro neck strap
• Hive tool pockets that work for left- and right-handed beekeepers, a queen marker slot on the chest, large pockets and a key fob

Sizing: Children's sizes XS, Small, Medium, Large and XL. Please choose by measurement using the size guide in the product images, and allow room for clothing underneath.

Care: The suit can go in the washing machine once the veil is removed; the veil itself is not machine washable.

Who it suits: Ideal for young beekeepers joining a parent or club at the hive in warm weather, and for schools and forest schools running beekeeping sessions.
